Technical diving is a term used to describe all diving methods that exeed the limits imposed on depth and/or immersion time for recreational scuba diving. Technical diving often involves the use of special gas mixtures for breating. The type of gas mixture used is determed either by the maximum depth planned for the dive or by length of time that the diver intends to spend underwater. At Dwejra Divers we take all of this into consideration along with the safety of all personel!

Our location provides the ideal situation for those who want to practice technical diving. The waters around Dwejra reach over 100m in depth. Besides the deep there are a lot of caves and cavers waiting to be explored. Divers can kit up in our show, and then undertake a 2 min walk to the jetty where they can board our RHIB. This avoids long walks and hassle of kitting up in the sun.
